| The Leo is the standard mobile suit of both the Earth Alliance, and the
elite Specials taskforce that serves as a camouflage for Oz. Though it's
unremarkable in every respect, and certainly no match for a Gundam, the
Leo is highly adaptable. Numerous variations exist, including a space
version, a model armed with shoulder cannons, a high mobility type
capable of short-distance flight, and the "early type" which remains in
service in China. Usually armed with a 105mm machine gun, the Leo can
also use a beam rifle, a heavy bazooka, or a powerful sH-firing cannon
called a "dobergun." |
