The Impulse Gundam can be equipped with a variety of Silhouette packs to adapt to different battle situations. This Sword Silhouette is designed for close combat, and includes two beam boomerangs and a pair of anti-ship laser swords that can be combined to create a dual-bladed ambidextrous form. The Sword Impulse also carries the same beam rifle and sliding shield used by the Force Impulse. The Variable Phase Shift armor of the chest and shoulders turns red when in this configuration.
